President, Jose Ortiz founded Allstate Floors & Construction,
Inc. in 1990. In the early stages of its development it operated
as a sole proprietorship, focusing its attention on the sales
and installation of residential flooring. In 1996, the company
was incorporated and it's direction changed to focus on commercial
flooring. Since then the companys' revenues have tripled and
Allstate has gained a reputation for craftsmanship in the competitive
pricing installation of commercial flooring. Currently the company
continues to grow and has expanded its focus to encompass all
aspects of the commercial flooring industry.
As
an 8(A) Federally certified flooring sales and Installation
Company we pride ourselves on the integrity of our work and
excellence in our craftsmanship. We are experienced in the installation
and sales of custom carpeting, ceramic tile, and resilient flooring
as well as innovative, new flooring products. We pride ourselves
in keeping up with the technological advancements in our field,
consistently upgrading our staff knowledge base through in-house
